  • Yoberri Gourmet

This week’s market flavors range from floral and refreshing to creamy and cool. Their three featured flavors are: Hibiscus Lychee Sorbet (V/GF/DF), Strawberry Buttermilk Ice Cream, and Market Mint with Chocolate Flecks.

Hibiscus Lychee Sorbet: a bright, floral-tart sorbet that tastes like summer in full color. They steep vibrant hibiscus for a jewel-toned, berry-like tang, then balance it with delicate lychee for a softly sweet, tropical finish.

Strawberry Buttermilk Ice Cream: a creamy, nostalgic scoop with a bright twist. They blend local, ripe strawberries into their cream and add rich buttermilk for a subtle tang and silky finish that feels both familiar and refreshingly new.

Market Mint with Chocolate Flecks Ice Cream: fresh-minted and refreshing, this ice cream begins with real mint steeped into their cream, then finished with delicate chocolate flecks that gently melt into each bite. Crisp, cool, and irresistibly smooth.

  • Zenner Family Pure Maple Syrup
