will have watermelon upside down cake, perilla iced donuts, PB chocolate chip loaf cake, shaker pie, and balm cupcakes.

Earthlore Farm
will have MORE SEEDLINGS!
Don't catch yourself 'plants-less' this season and get your organically grown starts from Earthlore Farm! They will have lots of varieties of flowers, herbs and vegeTABLES (tomatoes, melons, kale, lettuce and more).
Produce: lettuce, green garlic, garlic scapes, radishes, spinach, herbs and more.

Ellis Family Farms
will have rhubarb (limited, almost the end), green and purple asparagus, and strawberries. They will also have fresh pressed cider, Mary's brown eggs, jam and honey.

Gorman Farm Fresh Produce
will have spring grillin' onions, radish, collards, kale, arugula, chard, lettuce, spinach, kohlrabi, potatoes (red, white and yellow), field fresh cut dill, parsley and sage popcorn, pickled garlic scapes, frozen tomatoes, frozen sweet corn and frozen chopped peppers.
They are offering a wide selection of potted herbs including rosemary, thyme, sage, marjoram, tarragon, mojito mint, parsley, chive, dill, oregano, lemon balm, basil, lemon grass, and vegetable plants: tomatoes, kale, & chard.
Order online and pick up at the farm on Friday 4-5pm or at the market on Saturday.

Kaya Grill & Gyoza (New Vendor!)
will be offering their unique takes on gyoza, including crispy fried vegetable gyoza w/ their signature sauces (6) and garnishes (furikake, herbs).
Kaya Rice Bowl - African rice & beans, collard green kimchi, radish, carrots, fried gyoza, jerk peach glaze, and scallion.

Mint Creek Farm
will offer a variety of meat cuts including steaks, roasts, sausages, ground meat, bones, and organ meat from their herds of grass-fed beef, lamb, goat, pork, and boar all raised on certified-organic prairie pastures outside of Stelle, Illinois, only an hour and a half away from market! They will also have farm eggs, small-batch bone broth, and a selection of Janie's Mill organic stone-milled grains.
Beef and lamb broth are back in stock! Stop by the market to pick up a jar before they sell out!

Indoor Season
WE WILL MOVE INDOORS IN NOVEMBER. MARKETS ARE HELD EVERY SATURDAY IN NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER (EXCEPT HOLIDAYS) AND EVERY SECOND SATURDAY, JANUARY THROUGH APRIL.
