They will bring Pineapple Teriyaki Brats, Habanero Mango Brats & Bacon Cheeseburger Brat Patties.

Cyrano's On the Go
Chef Didier spotlights many fromages for this weekend along with:
Celery root soup with aged cheddar
Quiche lorraine with gruyère & caramelized onions, leeks & goat cheese quiche
Duo brie gorgonzola & crushed peppercorns and the quatro of goat cheese will be great companions for this celebration.
The usual stuffed baguettes are augmented with a new one: spiced French raclette cheese.

Ellis Family Farms
Eggs, honey and jam, as well as two varieties of apples. They are very close to the end of their peaches.
Berries and fruits: blueberries, red raspberries, stanley plums, two varieties of seedless grapes
Tomatoes: red, yellow, roma, grape and cherry tomatoes
Peppers: yellow sun, gold, sweet peppers, and hot peppers
Possibly a few green beans.

Gorman Farm Fresh Produce
This week's market list includes red slicing, heirloom and cherry tomatoes, with bushel and 1/2 bushel, No #2 Canning round red tomatoes, Heirloom #2 tomatoes, bell peppers, sweet horn, hatch, and jalapenos, peppers, lettuce, green beans, kale, chard, sweet corn, zucchini and yellow squash, red & candy onions, shallots, watermelon, field fresh cut basil, rosemary, mojito mint, parsley, lemon sorrel, chives, sage and popcorn.
We offer online only a selection of pork products from Jake's Country Meats. You'll find brats, bacon, sausage and all are pasture raised, hormone free.

Indoor Season
WE WILL MOVE INDOORS IN NOVEMBER. MARKETS ARE HELD EVERY SATURDAY IN NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER (EXCEPT HOLIDAYS) AND EVERY SECOND SATURDAY, JANUARY THROUGH APRIL.
