  • Yoberri Gourmet

In addition to their usual tasty treats, Yoberri will have two handcrafted flavors this week, each celebrating the season in their own way: one warm and spiced, the other cool and decadent.

“Pumpkin Ginger Snap Cookie Ice Cream”

They roast real pumpkin until they are golden and caramelized, then blend it into their cream and infuse it with spice (ginger, cinnamon, and clove). The flavor is smooth, gently spiced, and naturally rich. They finish it with crumbled gingersnap cookies for a touch of crunch and warmth.

    “Chocolate Thin Mint Ice Cream”

They craft a ganache style chocolate and pour it into a cream base for a deep, luxurious flavor. This strikes the perfect balance of richness and refreshment. Cool peppermint brightens each bite, while crisp thin mint cookie pieces add texture and nostalgia.
