Reckoning Motions, from Haines, Alaska, is on tour throughout the fall of 2009 with a show entitled "The Great Ziggurat." As Reckoning Motions describes it, "The Great Ziggurat" is a series of ruminations on the Tower of Babel, on power and fragmentation, beginning with the biblical story and continuing through Rome, the Middle Ages, and the Modern World. [...] History, comedy, tragedy, philosophy, romance and mystery will all intertwine to provoke and inspire thought."
